The Leader in Me Parent Survey
December 7, 2018
As you are aware, at WES, we are implementing The Leader in Me program, which teaches 21st century leadership and life skills to students and creates a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. At the end of the last school year we initiated student and staff surveys to learn more about key areas of strength and areas of needed growth in our school. We are asking all parents/guardians to participate in this process as it will ultimately improve our school.
We are asking you to complete a survey by January 20 (without sharing your name or other identifying information) that will be available by clicking The Leader in Me Survey
The survey is completely voluntary, but we do hope to get feedback from one member of every household. If you do not have access to internet or a computer, we will have computers available for you to use before and after school. The survey takes about 12 minutes to complete and will ask questions about your child and about his/her experience in our school. If you have more than one child attending the school, you will be asked to think about the oldest child’s experiences as you answer questions related to their growth. A listing of all survey questions can be e-mailed upon request or can be viewed in the front office before or after school. If you complete the survey, please fill out the Golden Ticket below and have your child return it to the office. They may receive something extra special for you taking the time to complete it.
We truly appreciate and welcome your feedback. Again, please click The Leader in Me Survey and thank you for your participation.
The deadline for this survey is January 20.
